BABY SHOWER EASTER THEME
you have your baby shower around the time of Easter, it can work out
very well as a baby shower Easter Egg/Baby theme. A few ideas are to use
the theme of "Egg", "Chicks", and "Baby Rabbits". A cute baby shower
idea is to have everyone to write words of wisdom on being a new mommy
on a cut out egg (or paper in the plastic colored eggs you can open) and
place it in an easter basket for the mommy to be to read each out loud.
Another idea is to have an Easter egg hunt for the mommy to be where you
place money, gift certificates or baby supplies (wrapped to protect them
from the ground) hidden all around.
Symbolic candy Easter
baskets, including egg candy, peeps and chocolate rabbits are great to
place on tables of the baby shower. Serving eggs and finger food in
baskets (easter baskets can also be the centerpieces) is very cute.
Spread pastel color decorations on tables is a nice touch for the Easter
celebration. The Baby Shower Easter theme is cute and works around the
time of "Easter".
Baby shower decorations
can be purchased at any party store that sells Easter Supplies such as
green cups, place settings and balloons. A pass the easter egg or pass
the peep game (like hot potato) as well as easter egg decorating can be
fun and bring back youthful memories for the baby shower guests. Another
fun game is to make a list of animals and what we call their babies
(chickens vs chicks, deer vs doe, dog vs puppies, etc). Check out our
baby shower games section for more ideas.
A Baby Shower big Easter
basket can be given as a gift which would have diapers, toys, and more
helpful items in the pot for the parent's to be. Wall decorations can be
eggs, bunnies, chicks and other Easter related items, with the use of
pastel streamers and life/spring art to bring in the fun holiday.
