There is a new baby boom of celebrity babies that is written in the press lately. 2010 will be a big year for many celebrity babies to be welcomed to the world and you can get your celebrity baby fix from babyshower101! We will also update you on most popular baby names for 2010 and give you the most recent updates in baby celebrity status! It is always fun to see who is next in bringing an addition (plus some nanny's) to the family! Let us know if you have more celebrity baby gossip and we will give you credit. Celebrity Baby Shower Story of the Month - December  2010 - Nineteen pregnant wives of U.S. military servicemen were honored with a baby shower on December 10th at Castelli's Ristorante in Palm Desert. The event was hosted by the Palm Springs Desert Area chapter Assistance League and gifts were donated by Walmart, Baby Bib and others. What a great honor to our armed forces!

Celebrity Baby Shower Story of the Month - November 18 2010 - Nicole Richie and hubby Joel Madden celebrated their baby shower with family and friends at the Beverly Hills Hotel with a Wizard of Oz themed baby shower! Guests included Paris Hilton and Lauren Conrad. Ruby slipper centerpieces decorated the room with yellow brick road lined candy! Congrats to them!

Celebrity Baby Shower Story of the Month - November  2010 - Gwen Stefani was spotted in Los Angeles at her No Doubt band mate Tony Kanal's baby shower as he and his wife Erin are expecting their first child together.

Celebrity baby story of the month - October 2010 - Alanis Morissette celebrated with an afternoon baby shower at a friend's home in Santa Monica. Guests brought blue-wrapped gifts and balloons, although the 36-year-old singer has not publically confirmed that she's having a boy. Gifts included stuffed animals, a diaper bag and Baby Bjorn rucksack carrier. Her husband, Mario "Souleye" Treadway, stopped in toward the end of the baby shower.

Celebrity baby story of the month - September 2010 - James Van Der Beek and wife Kimberly Brook are celebrating the soon arrival of their baby girl and held their baby shower at their friend Balthazar Getty's home in the Hollywood Hills. The celebrity guest list also included Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Rumer and Scout Willis, and Mary-Margaret Humes, who played James' mom on Dawson's Creek.

Celebrity baby story of the month - August 2010 - John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston are expecting a baby boy (or is it twins?) and celebrated the baby's arrival by throwing an extravagant baby shower. The star couple hosted the baby shower in their Los Angeles home with 40 guests, including family and friends. Gifts included individual baby bibs that guests made and signed at their tables.

Celebrity baby story of the month - July 2010 - Britain’s X Factor host Dannii Dannii Minogue was photographed at her baby shower with no other guests included in the photograph, leading many to joke that she hosted a baby shower for herself! Of course, she was just posing for the Daily Mail. The baby shower hosted by friends and family in Melbourne, Australia where she and boyfriend Chris Smith live.

Celebrity baby story of the month - June 2010 - To celebrate The Early Show co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez's last day on the show before maternity leave The Early Show threw her a baby shower and each anchor gave her a gift. Erica Hill gave Maggie a session with baby photographer, Julie Chen gave her a spa treatment from Bliss Spa, Dave Price gave her a diaper cake and a baby boy gift bag, and Harry Smith gave Maggie a Flip Cam.

Celebrity baby story of the month - May 2010 - With just 10 weeks to go before giving birth to her first child, Danielle Lloyd can't wait to become a mother. So what better way to prepare for the arrival of her little boy than to receive all the baby paraphernalia she needs ahead of time. Showcasing her bump in a black maternity dress, the 26-year-old Scouser looked glowing as she arrived at the Courthouse Hotel in Soho today for her baby shower.

The afternoon party at the hotel's Soho Sky Terrace was organized by the team at her management company. Ahead of Lloyd's arrival at the Marlborough Street hotel, her friends were seen carrying in piles of presents, flowers and champagne up to the girls-only event. Writing on her Twitter page ahead of her bash, Lloyd enthused: 'Am going to have such an exciting day. 'It's my baby shower and I've got loads of my gorgeous girlies coming to have fun. Can't wait. Lloyd's baby shower comes just days after she confirmed rumors she and footballer fiancé Jamie O'Hara were having a boy. The Celebrity Big Brother star is due to give birth on July 25 and is hoping she can have a water birth.

Celebrity baby story of the month - April 2010 - Christine Costner (Kevin Costner's wife) had a lovely baby shower with her family and friends at The Four Seasons Resort in Santa Barbara California. One of her favorite baby shower gifts was pink citron candles. All the baby shower guests also received gifts which were Le Sport Sac tots filled with goodies including LNA shirts, Sketchers shape-ups and Kai Body Butter. I wished I could have been invited. This will be their third child as they have two sons (2 and 1 years of age).

Celebrity baby story of the month - March 2010 - Amy Adams celebrated her baby shower in style in Brentwood, California. Fiance Darren Le Gallo, family and friends helped the "Leap Year" actress take time away from planning her wedding to celebrate the very soon arrival of the couple's first child. Guests included Debra Messing, Emily Blunt, Emily Deschanel, and Rachel Leigh Cook.

Celebrity baby story of the month - February 2010 - Destination Maternity threw Heidi Klum a baby shower in honor of her maternity line debuts in New York City on Feb. 11, 2010. Lavish by Heidi Klum and Loved by Heidi Klum will be sold at A Pea in the Pod and Motherhood Maternity respectively. Jessica Seinfeld, co-founder and President of Baby Buggy Charity, and Olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh were in attendance.

Celebrity baby story of the month - January 2010 - R&B singer and actress, Christina Milian, who's expecting her first child with The-Dream was treated to a holiday-themed baby shower in the Hollywood Hills. Her gifts included a G2 Lifestyles Maternity Mat that helps moms-to-be exercise to stay fit. Guests received gift bags with lots of goodies including TINte makeup.

December 25, 2010 - A warm congratulations to Sir Elton John and his partner David Furnish on becoming parents to a baby boy on Christmas day. Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John was born to a surrogate. He is the couple's first child together though they already have six god children.

December 25, 2010 - Congratulations to Alanis Morissette and Mario 'Souleye' Treadway on their wonderful Christmas present, a new baby boy the couple welcomed on Christmans day. The baby boy is named Ever Imre Morissette-Treadway. We wish them the best!

December 20, 2010 - Congrats to Hero's star Ali Larter and her writer/actor husband Hayes MacArthur on the birth of the their first child. They welcomed baby Theodore Hayes just days before Christmas and said he's "the perfect Christmas present." We agree!

December 20, 2010 - Congrats to Vince Vaughn and his wife Kyla Weber an the birth of the couple's first baby. The baby girl named Locklyn Kyla Vaughn weighed in at 7 pounds and 20 inches long. What a great early Christmas present! We wish them the very best!

November 30, 2010 - Congratulations to former Ugly Betty star Becki Newton and her husband Chris Diamantopoulos on the birth of their baby boy. He is the couple's first child together. His name and other details are not yet public. We wish the new family all the best!

November 29, 2010 – Congrats to Mike Dirnt, the bassist of Green Day, and wife Brittney on the birth of their baby girl. The couple’s daughter named Ryan Ruby Mae Pritchard weighed in at 7 lbs., 6 oz. She joins big brother Brixton Michael (2) and big sis Estelle Desiree (13) from Mike’s previous marriage.

November 23, 2010 – Congratulations to Stella McCartney and her husband Alasdhair Willis on the birth of their baby girl. It’s the 4th child for the fashion designer and daughter of Beatle Paul McCartney. Reiley Dilys Stella joins big brother Miller Alasdhair James (5½), sister Bailey Linda Olwyn (4), and brother Beckett Robert Lee (2½).

Nov 22, 2010 - A very heartfelt welcome and congradulations go out to John Travolta and Kelly Preston, who welcomed their new son, 8lb 3oz Benjamin. He was born at an undisclosed hospital in Florida this week, and we are sure that there is no better Thanksgiving day guest that could have blessed their table this holiday season.

Nov 17th, 2010 - Congrats to Rocker Chris Daughtry and wife Deanna for their fraternal twins. Daughter Adalynn and Son Noah will hopefully get the pipes of their amazing father singer!

October 31, 2010 - Congratulations to American Idol alum Chris Sligh and his wife Sarah on the birth of their baby girl. Keira Lennon (named after John Lennon) is the contemporary Christian singer and wife's first child. She weighed in at 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 21.5 inches long. We wish the new little family all the best!

October 23rd, 2010 - Congrats to Celine Dion and her husband René Angelil who just had twins! We are so happy for Celine who had issues with getting pregnant for awhile! The baby boy names are Nelson and Eddy. They also have one other boy René-Charles who is already 9.

October 21, 2010 – Congrats to Matt Damon and his wife Luciana who had a beautiful baby girl, Stella Zavala. They share two other daughters ages 4 and 2. Luciana also has a daughter from a previous marriage (Alexia 11).

October 20th, 2010 – A warm congrats to Jessica Capshaw and her hubby Christopher Gavigan who had a baby girl, Eve Augustana.

October 19th, 2010 - Congratulations to NFL Superbowl winner Drew Brees and his wife Brittany on the birth of their second son. The baby boy's name is not yet decided, but Drew tweeted a few days ago he wants it to begin with the letter B to match baby's big brother Braylen.

October 14th, 2010 - We give our congrats to the very talented Alecia Keys and her hubby Swizz "Kaseem Dean" Beatz who welcomed their new son Egypt Daoud Dean. I am sure their little one will be filled with talent like his parents.

September 15, 2010 - Congratulations to Jamie Oliver of The Naked Chef and his wife Jools on the birth of their baby boy. Buddy Bear Maurice joins sisters Poppy Honey Rosie (8) Dady Boo Pamela (7), and Petal Plosson  Rainbow (1).

September 11, 2010 - Congrats to actor and Extra host Mario Lopez and his girlfriend Courtney Mazza on the birth of their first baby girl. The couple named their first child Gia Francesca Lopez. Baby Gia weighed in at 6 lbs., 4 oz. We wish the happy family the best!

March 8, 2010 - Congrats to Joseph Fiennes, currently staring in FlashForward, and his wife model Maria Dolores Dieguez on the birth of their first child. The baby girl is the couple's first child together.

August 31, 2010 - Congratulations to former Full House star Jodie Sweetin on the birth of her baby girl named Beatrix. It is the actress’ second child and first with boyfriend Morty Coyle. Beatrix weighed in at 7 lbs., 4 oz. and 19 inches long.

August 31, 2010 - A big congrats to Mad Men star Rich Sommer and his wife Virginia on their newest addition! The couple named their baby boy Patrick Ryan Sommer. He joins big sister Beatrice. We wish them all the best!

August 21, 2010 - Star of the show Army Wives, Catherine Bell, and her husband Adam Beason welcomed home their new son, baby Ronon. He joins big sister Gemma, who is 3-years old. Congratulations to the growing family!

August 9, 2010 – Congratulations to Jeff Gordon on the birth of his son Leo Benjamin. It’s Jeff’s second baby with wife actress/model wife Ingrid Vandebosch. Baby Leo joins big sister Ella.

August 6, 2010 - Congrats to "Parks and Recreation" star Amy Poehler and her husband, Will Arnett, on the birth of their baby boy. Abel James Arnett weighed in at seven pounds, 13 ounces. Baby Abel is the former SNL stars second son. He joins big bother, 2-year old Archie.

July 27, 2010 - Congratulations to scriptwriter Diablo Cody (Juno and Jennifer's Body) and her husband Daniel Maurio on the birth of their baby boy. Marcello Daniel, who weighed in at 7 pound 2 ounces, is the couple's first child. We wish the happy family the best.

July 5, 2010 - Congratulations to X-Factor and Australia's Got Talent judge Dannii Minogue and model Chris Smith on the birth of their baby boy. The happy couple named their son Ethan Edward Smith. We wish them all the best!

July 4, 2010 – Congratulations to singer Scott Stapp and his wife Jaclyn on the birth of their son Daniel Issam Stapp. Baby Daniel joins big sister Milán Hayat (3½) and brother Jagger (11).

June 25, 2010 - Congratulations to director Sofia Coppola and Grammy-winning Phoenix front man Thomas Mars on the birth of their baby girl. The couple named their daughter Cosima, who joins big sister Romy (3).

July 1, 2010 - Congrats (felicitaciones) to Diego Luna and Camila Sodi who just gave birth to daughter Fiona. We wish them much health and happiness!

June 15, 2010 - Congratulations to Saved by the Bell Alum, Tiffani Thiessen, and her husband on the birth of their baby girl. Harper Renn Smith is the 36-year-old actress' first child with actor, husband Brady Smith. Wish wish them the best.

June 2, 2010 - A huge congrats to Kevin Costner on his 7th, yes 7th child! Kevin and his wife, Christine Baumgartner Costner, welcomed home their baby girl Grace Avery Costner. It's Christine's 3rd child with Kevin. Grace Avery weighed in at 7 lbs. 11 oz. and was 21 inches. She joins siblings Hayes (16 months), Cayden (3), Liam (13), Joe (22), Lily (23) and Annie (26). Just 2 more for a baseball team!

May 21, 2010 - Congrats to Monica Bellucci and her beau Vincent Cassel on their daughter Leonie. This baby will be a bella bonita with parents like hers!

May 19, 2010 - Good Morning America to Charloette Bancroft, the new baby girl of Andrea Canning and her husband Major Tony Bancroft (we are proud of our troops!).

May 19, 2010 – A big congrats to two time Olympic gold medal winner Kerri Walsh and her husband Casey Jennings on the birth of their second son. The baby boy named Sundance Thomas Jennings weighed in at 6 lbs., 12 oz. and is 19¾ inches long. He joins big brother Joseph (1) and will sure to be cheering mom on when she returns to the volleyball court soon.

May 15, 2010 – Congrats to Amy Adams and her fiancé Darren Le Gallo on the birth of their daughter. The couple named their baby girl Aviana Olea Le Gallo. She weighed in at 7 lbs. We wish them all the best!

May 15, 2010 – Congratulations to 98 Degrees singer and Dancing With the Stars champion Drew Lachey and his wife Lea on the birth of their baby boy. Hudson Nicholas Lachey joins joins big sister Isabella Claire (4).

May 14, 2010 - Congratulations to Claudia Schiffer and Matthew Vaughn on the birth of the couple's baby girl. It's 39 year old Claudia's third child. The baby girl, whose name has yet been annouced, joins siblings Clementine (5) and Caspar (7). We wish that beautiful family the best!

April 31st, 2010 – Congrats to heart throb rocker Mark McGrath and his lovely fiancée Carin Kingsland on their twins (daughter Hartley Grace and son Lydon Edward). We look forward to seeing Mark on “Don’t Forget the Lyrics” TV Show soon but I am sure he and Carin will enjoy being new parents!

April 19, 2010 – Congratulations to Amanda Peet and her husband, screenwriter David Benioff, on the birth of their second daughter. Molly June Benioff joins 3-year-old big sister Frances "Frankie" Pen. We wish them all the best!

April 6, 2010 - Congratulations to former LA Sparks basketball player, Lisa Leslie and husband Michael Lockwood, on the birth of their baby boy. Michael Joseph Lockwood II weighed in at 7 lbs., 13 oz. and 21.5 inches long (Tall). He joins 3 big sisters, Lauren Jolie (2½) and Lockwood’s daughters from his previous marriage Mikaela (15) and Gabrielle(18).

April 6, 2010 – A big congrats to singer Robin Thicke and his wife, actress Paula Patton on the birth of their son. Julian Fuego is the couples first child. The baby boy’s grandpa is actor Alan Thicke. The Thicke’s are singers and actors, but dad want Julian to be a basketball player!? We wish them all the best!

March 3, 2010 - Congratulations to Rebecca Gayheart and husband Eric Dane on the birth of their baby girl. Billie Beatrice is going to be one gorgeous little girl with those genes!We wish them all the best!

January 11, 2010 - Congrats to Joey Fatone and wife Kelly on their daughter Kloey Alexandra.

January 3, 2010 – Congrats to Camila Alves and Matthew McConaughey, who welcomed their second child, a baby girl. Vida Alves McConaughey weighed in at 7lb. 7oz. She joins big brother, Levi. We wish the growing family a very happy New Year.
