Buy a white onesie, fabric paint and a fine tip marker. Have all your guest put a small amount of pink, blue, green or yellow paint on there thumb and then put their thumb print on the onesie. Make sure you put cardboard or plastic on the inside of the onesie. Write the guest name below their thumbprint.

Very cute idea, thanks for sharing. I was looking for ideas for a Baby Shower I was throwing and this will be PERFECT!

As an alternative to this idea, I've thrown baby showers where I buy a bunch of onesies, some fabric paint and stencils, and have each guest decorate a onesie for the baby. It's really neat to see everyone's different creative ideas, and it gives the mom-to-be lots of onesies (which she'll need). I do different sizes onesies, as well.
