Wow, that's a tough one and good for you for throwing him a shower! You know, since he is a man and doesn't konw about babies yet, the usual show games would probably be the best.
Examples taken from this site and others:
- The diaper and balloon game - where you put a cloth diaper on a balloon with diaper pins and dad judges the best one
- Men put balloons under their shirts and try to tie their shoes
- Feed the baby - one person is sitting in a chair and the other is blindfolded and feeds the baby and whoever drinks the applesauce from the bottle first wins
- Baby Basket Memory game - put a bunch of baby items in a basket and pass them around for people to look at and memorize, then have them write down as much as they can remember once you've put the basket away. A twist to that is, have them write down what the person was wearing who carried the basket. Of cours, he'd have to leave the room.
