hmm... Have you made the invites? If you have a good printer and want to make your own invites, let me know and I can give you some ideas...
We are doing a jungle theme. Some of it could transfer over....
If you feel like wasting some money, there is a brand of cups, silverware, and plates for small children. It has a mix of animals, but several elephants in every pack. Walmart and Meijer sells them, so do many of the other chains. Not sure where you live... I want to say the brand is Dixie.....
Also Walmart carried a pop up clothes hamper that is an elephant... You could use it to put small gifts in or maybe just by itself as a decoration. I will link it to you along with the elephant humidifier.... it is cute!

ok, so the last I have no clue how to work in.. but you could unbox it and put flowers or vine around it.....
Games.... Umm, do some research on elephants and do an answer matching game... multiple answers for the question or maybe even have them guess for some of them... Questions could be on wights, gestation, where they live, what they eat...
You could make your own word search....things like Elephant, tusk, (how long gestation is, Africa,...........
If you have a LOT of time on your hands (photocopy one and cut out many), or your local scrap booking shop has an elephant paper dye, you could do an variation on the TP game and have people guess how many of the paper elephants will fit around the belly....
you could play hot potato only with a small stuffed elephant.....
Or... I do not know what it is called, but have people use the letters in elephant and see how many words they can come up with in a certain time period.
You can get a cake decorated like an elephant... or ask your local cake decorator to draw one on a sheet cake for you...
Decor could be gray and light pink? Go to a party store... or the Dollar store. Our Dollar store here has almost every color you can think of for party stuff.
This might help you with cut outs.... I would print it, then erase the inside lines and make it all one piece if you were going to be cutting a lot of them... you could just just the outline of an elephant. Visit equilters.com/library/applique/circus-elephant.htm l
