I am going to be hosting a baby shower for my sister who is in CA and I am in IA. All of the family and friends are here, and she will be flying in too. The dilemma: how is she going to get the gifts back home? Does anyone have a cute idea to have some sort of a "gift card" baby shower? Maybe a clever way to incorporate the gift cards? Any other ideas?? Help!

I am sure your shower is over by now but I have seen a "Money Tree" work very well. Get a nice twig (with many branches) and stick it securely in a pot of some kind. Then tie on pieces of yarn all over the tree. People can un-tie the yarn and attach their gift card to the tree. Obviously, they would need to leave the card holder from the store on the card so they can thread the yarn through the hole.
